Step-by-Step Login

1. Access Login Page

   Visit the Member Portal login page at /member/login

   What you'll see: A professional login page with your chapter's branding at the top, ChapterSphere logo, and a centered login form with username and password fields. The page has a clean, modern design with the chapter's color scheme.
2. Enter Credentials
   • Username: Email address OR mobile number
   • Password: Provided by chapter administrator
   Login form: The username field accepts either your email address or mobile number (with or without country code). The password field shows dots for security. A "Show Password" eye icon lets you toggle visibility.
3. Complete OTP Verification

   Enter OTP sent to your registered mobile number (if enabled)

   OTP screen: After clicking "Login," you'll see an OTP verification page with a 6-digit input field, countdown timer (10:00), and "Resend OTP" link. The page shows your masked mobile number (e.g., +91****1234).
4. Access Dashboard

   Successfully login redirects to personalized member dashboard

   Dashboard view: You'll see a personalized dashboard with your name in the header, left sidebar navigation menu, and main content area showing widgets for upcoming meetings, payment status, attendance summary, and quick actions.

OTP Process

1. Login Attempt

   Enter username and password

2. OTP Generation

   System sends 6-digit OTP to registered mobile

3. OTP Entry

   Enter received OTP within 10 minutes

4. Verification

   System verifies OTP and grants access

  Additional layer of security beyond password

• Time-Limited:

  OTP expires after 10 minutes for security

• Resend Option:

  Request new OTP if not received

• Chapter Control:

  Chapter admin can enable/disable OTP

Single Device Login

• Device Restriction:

  Only one mobile device can be logged in at a time

• Automatic Logout:

  Previous device is logged out when logging in from new device

• Security Benefit:

  Prevents unauthorized access from multiple devices

  Active sessions are tracked and managed
